Ramón Barea wins Fugaz Award, and other prizes

In June, Ramón Barea won the Fugaz Award for Best Male Performance for his role in 29 de febrero. The other nominees — Eduard Fernández, Enric Auquer, Javier Pereira, and Pedro Casablanc — are all Goya winners. The Fugaz Awards are considered the equivalent of the Goyas for short films in Spain.

In addition, our film received Audience Awards at the Huhezinema Festival (Mondragón), Altafulla, and won Best Social Film in Sax (Valencia). We’ll soon be competing at the prestigious Tarazona Comedy Festival.
